  • Handles enquiries such as order status, shipping instructions and any special customer request.
  • Timely processing of orders drop by customer.
  • Schedule orders and work with operation to ensure orders are picked and packed to meet on time delivery.
  • Coordinate internally & externally email response.
  • Liaise with forwarders on import & export documents.
  • Ensure activities perform are adherence to ISO process.
  • Ensuring minimum response time to customer query or complaint.
  • Able to support warehouse activities like unloading, receiving, sorting, put away & Quality checked etc.
  • Willing to work on Public Holidays & Weekends if there is a business requirement.
  • MHE skill such as Forklift, Reach truck etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess working experience in warehouse environment and knowledge in WMS / SAP systems will be an advantage
  • Possess forklift license or other experience in operating MHEs will be an advantage
