About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to support our daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist with coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, monitoring deliveries, and supporting warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation for import and export shipments.
• Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring timely arrival and resolving shipment issues or delays.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments regarding shipment status and logistics requirements.
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, labeling, inventory checks, and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and update shipment information in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare reports related to logistics performance, inventory, and transportation costs.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team as required.
