Your tasks

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service, Operations & Logistics Specialist to join us as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time, at our offices in Friedrichshafen or Berlin. The goal is to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused order processing, logistics, and service delivery. Through close collaboration with customers, logistics partners, and internal departments, you will guarantee high delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and efficient, standardized processes along the supply chain, with the following key responsibilities:

• Independent processing of customer orders from order receipt to invoicing.
• Creating and maintaining customer master data
• Commissioning of transport and monitoring of timely and complete delivery
• daily inventory check
• Handling of complaints
• Review and reconciliation of transport invoices
• Support in optimizing our ERP system

• A particular passion or a sustainable attitude towards ecological products and their responsible production 
• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification 
• First professional experience in operational sales/order processing/scheduling is desirable.
• Independent, structured and meticulous work style 
• Good organizational skills and quick comprehension. 
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment 
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor 
• Dedicated and team-oriented personality 
• Good knowledge of Office 365, Excel, and ideally the ERP system Infor M3.
• very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
