Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery, maintaining constant communication with carriers and suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to prevent shortages and ensure the availability of products.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Utilize logistics software and tools to analyze shipment data and optimize transportation routes for cost efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred to ensure foundational knowledge.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, ideally with 1-2 years in a similar position to demonstrate relevant skills.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CLTD) is a strong asset that showcases commitment to the field.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is crucial for roles involving cross-border logistics.
