Pay rate: £12.08 per hour.
Rota and Hours: Mondays – Sunday, working various shifts patterns on rota basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Logistics Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making sure goods are received, checked, and delivered to wards and departments efficiently. You’ll also support our Inventory Management team and help maintain smooth operations by using electronic systems to manage orders and stock.

MAIN DUTIES

• Receive, check, and deliver goods, including managing supply roll cages.
• Handle returned goods and arrange their safe return to suppliers.
• Check stock for accuracy and sort out any discrepancies.
• Work across all Trust sites when needed.
• Support the team by helping with training and suggesting improvements.
• Step in to cover other areas of the department during absences.
• Follow health and safety rules and complete mandatory training.
• Respond to customer and supplier queries professionally and respectfully.
