Band/Pay Rate: Band 3 £13.13-£22.19
Contract: NHSP Bank
Rota and Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 with flexibility

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in logistics, stock management, or a similar role.
  • Ability to use IT systems, including Microsoft Office and stock management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • NHS experience – desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Assisting in maintaining and managing stock, including ordering, reviewing stock levels, and arranging deliveries.
  • Updating stock and spare parts databases, tracking deliveries, and monitoring supply levels.
  • Supporting administrative tasks, such as answering telephone queries, inputting data into stock management systems, and maintaining accurate service records.
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Posture and Mobility Therapists, Technicians, and Administration staff.
