REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Xero software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update logistics database.
  • Coordinate with transport partners and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and invoices as required.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Pack goods per company standards after completing QC check.
  • Assist in stock audits and quality checks.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Generate report for items received, delivered, faulty, etc.
