How will you make an impact? You will be responsible for managing all outbound and inbound shipments to and from the HQ. Including opening, packing, and booking in stock Controlling for accuracy of our internal management systems and ensuring operational compliance Carry out conditions and other basics checks on watches Process stock requests from boutiques Use your attention to detail by identifying any potential problems or delays Supporting other key department within the business such us the Aftercare department, Servicing, Sale and Purchasing team How will you experience success with us Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload Strong time management skills, working to tight and demanding deadlines The ability to problem solves, think on your feet and come up with solutions Proven experience in working as part of a team Positive ‘can-do’ attitude and somebody willing to learn Methodical and process driven in mindset and approach Ability to communicate effectively within your direct team but also other internal departments within the business Your journey with us Our aim is to provide you a transparent interview process from the moment you apply for the role. Responsibilities

Manage all inbound and outbound shipments at the HQ, including packing and booking stock. Ensure operational compliance and accuracy of internal management systems while performing quality checks on watches.
