We are now on the lookout for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to assist with with billing, invoicing, and couriers:

This role will entail the following main responsibilities

• Invoicing - Checking orders and invoicing the items before they get packed by packing team
• Billing - Receiving the items in the warehouse, cross-checking rates and billing the items
• Shipments - Creating shipment labels for couriers and ensuring all orders processed and dispatched with courier partners by the day’s cut off time
• Packing orders
• In addition to this, you may be required to assist the Operations team with Adhoc requests in the warehouse.

What are we looking for?

• Prior work experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain is required
• Previous experience in e-commerce, start-up or fast-paced environment is a huge plus!
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Structured, organized and fast-worker
• Quick with numbers
• Attention to detail and good communication
• Sense of responsibility and ownership - someone who enjoys taking initiative and can work independently
• High energy – someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fast learner with an interest in learning new skills
• Able to join immediately

Experience:
