POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Logistics Assistant to join our warehouse team. The role involves supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving and dispatching goods, inventory management, and documentation. The ideal candidate should be systematic, reliable, and able to work independently while ensuring safe and efficient warehouse practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to handle heavy or bulky goods (up to 15 kg) when required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiar with inventory management processes.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively.
• Willing to perform overtime when necessary to support operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Receive deliveries, conduct physical counts, and complete documentation.
• Store inventory in assigned warehouse locations.
• Display inventory for picking.
• Prepare goods for shipping.

SECONDARY DUTIES

• Perform picking and packing of orders.
• Conduct stock-taking and update inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse safety standards are maintained.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Company to support overall operations.

COVERING DUTIES

• Perform any related tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager during daily operations or staff coverage.
