With a footprint of 300,000 m² and a vision to produce 250,000 cars per year, VCK offers a unique opportunity to be part of something new and impactful—where your work directly contributes to setting new global standards in automotive manufacturingWhat you'll do As a Logistics Assistant you will be responsible for planning and conducting logistics training activities within Volvo Car Kosice. You'll also keep overall performance and project coordination over the department and perform administrative support to the Logistics Director, whom you'll report to.   Your main tasks are to ensure the execution and quality of logistics projects and training in Volvo Car Kosice and to ensure the financial and organizational performance of the Logistics Department by supporting the Logistics Director.   Compile the training needs for the entire Logistics department. Control over the department finance file, assist in goods receiving, purchase ordering etc. Control over the department hiring file and organizational charts for the department. Provide administrative support to the Logistics Director, including running the management meeting and the daily performance meeting within the management team. Partner with HR Talent Management team to analyse training needs and align plans Plan local Training Calendar based on Master Plan Act as a trainer in training modules; build and support the local trainers’ team Manage training materials, tests, surveys and records and secure updated material in Business Management System Manage regular meetings to ensure training quality and capability improvement across trainer’ community What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree Very good Slovak and English, spoken and written Solid experience in training within a production environment Strong business acumen to manage finance and organizational performance Ability to independently develop training plans and materials High proficiency in manufacturing systems and Lean methodology Strong analytical and coordination skills Compensation Data Monthly gross salary for this position starts from €1320 EUR.* The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
