The Logistics Associate will work closely with inventory management, product testing, and fulfilling orders for electronic devices that directly touch customer hands. You will document inbound and outbound shipments and verify correct electrical functionality before delivery to their final destination. This is a key entry level position with strong potential for future growth within our company. Responsibilities Accurately document, inspect, and verify inbound shipments received from manufacturers to ensure compliance with purchase orders and quality standards. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical products to confirm proper functionality and performance. Perform assembly of hardware and components, ranging from basic to complex, including touchscreen monitors, keyboards, and related systems. Utilize appropriate hand tools to assemble small parts and components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform routine cycle counts, and reconcile any discrepancies with our buyer. Prepare, package, and document all outbound shipments in accordance with company and carrier requirements. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery. Support order fulfillment processes for new customers integrating into the 365 system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Utilize logistics and inventory management systems to process orders, generate labels, and maintain shipment records. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and recommend solutions for enhanced operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Prepare reports and documentation to support logistics planning and performance tracking. Perform occasional light to moderate lifting (25–75 lbs) as required by operational needs. Requirements Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in customer service, technical support, logistics, or order fulfillment. Experience with SAGE or similar ERP/CRM systems is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant business software tools. Basic understanding of shipping, packaging, and logistics operations. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and troubleshoot electronic equipment. Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify, assess, and resolve issues effectively. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently. Work Environment Requires light to medium lifting and carrying of materials weighing between 75–125 lbs, including manual transfer of finished goods. Adherence to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations is required, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) relevant to assigned tasks. Work is performed in an environment with moderate noise levels, including exposure to large fans and small to medium power tools.
