OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of logistics operations, including shipping and receiving, freight management, and warehouse systems.The position will prefer candidates with 1 Year of Canadian Freight/Logistics Experience, and perforable a second language of Mandarin.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
• Familiarity with freight operations and shipping documentation is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems; experience with AS400 is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills to support decision-making processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

• Manage shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, optimize logistics processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the implementation of best practices for materials management within the logistics department.
