Description
SAIC is looking for a Junior Logistics Analyst to provide Integrated Logistics Support for our NIWC PAC customer. This position is an ONSITE role located in San Diego, CA at the NAVWAR Old Town Campus. JOB DUTIES: Support Configuration Overhaul Planning records (COP) development on Model Based Product Support (MBPS) Conduct inventory audits of Remedy records and MBPS records to ensure all data is accurate in support of FIAR Audit readiness. Conduct inventory validation, identify equipment reuse/disposal, determine spares candidates, provide Tier IV hardware processes and Remedy Asset Management reporting. Coordinate supply support, packaging, and shipping of equipment. Coordinate Return Material Authorization (RMA) with vendors for equipment requiring replacement. Access Government-owned NERP (Navy Enterprise Resource Planning) System to assist with updating current statuses and pending procurements; UMM/Cage code research; maintaining WBS/UMM Master List; and hardware, license, and warranty information Access CMPro online configuration management tool to ensure applicable logistics data is updated; input and process work orders; and track inventory issued, transferred, used for material maintenance or equipment repair orders, and identified as material disposal. Support providing integrated logistic support (ILS) packages for installations and coordinate decommissioned, reuse, and defense reutilization materials (DRMO) post installations. Support preparation of ILS documentation including User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP), Demand Forecasting with supporting documentation, Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM), obsolescence management, and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material shortages (DMSMS). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree and zero (0) years of related experience Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have an Active Secret Clearance to start Experience with CMPro Experience with MBPS, CDMD-OA, and Tech Manual Management Experience in Navy Logistics processes and supporting NAVWAR/NIWC Pacific engineering programs
