The Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics Associate (Full-Time) to support our Back of House team. This role is critical to our omnichannel success, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of online orders directly from our retail store while maintaining exceptional inventory and operational standards. This position works behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for both our customers and our store team. Responsibilities Accurately pick merchandise for online orders Verify product details including style, size, and color before packaging Pack orders according to company standards to ensure safe, secure delivery Generate and print shipping labels using integrated shipping systems (UPS, DHL, USPS, Global-E) Stage completed shipments for carrier pickup Communicate fulfillment issues, inventory discrepancies, or system errors to leadership promptly Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling of RFID-tagged merchandise Process allocated and packed units correctly within Shopify and fulfillment workflows Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Support stockroom organization, replenishment, and transfers Prepare product for the sales floor including tagging, steaming, folding, and restocking as needed Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments with accuracy and care Maintain clean, organized, and efficient packing and fulfillment stations Support inbound inventory processing and stockroom management Assist with supplies management, packaging materials, and operational projects Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards Support additional operational directives from Store Leadership and Visual Merchandising teams Who You Are Previous retail, warehouse, fulfillment, or Ship-From-Store experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven retail environment Experience with Shopify, RFID technology, and shipping platforms preferred Collaborative, dependable team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders and standing for extended periods Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, folding, steaming, tagging, and replenishing merchandise Support movement and organization of stockroom fixtures, shelving, and storage systems Assist with setup and adjustments during seasonal floor moves and operational shifts Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $20–$26 per hour This role is not eligible for store sales bonus.
