What You’ll Do;

As a Logistics Associate with Team Town Sports, you will be responsible for the receiving, handling, care, and storage of products to ensure that they are ready to serve our customers.

• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of warehouse responsibilities.
• Handle all incoming shipments from third-party distributor and inter-store merchandise transfers.
• Maintains all warehouse processing and stock areas to ensure they are well organized and that all goods are easily accessible at all times.
• Performs replenishment functions ensuring all goods are “floor-ready”.
• Complete picking and packing of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging.
• Investigate possible delays in shipments and follow-up with third party logistics providers and open investigations.
