JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This position requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Logistics Associate will be responsible for ensuring efficient receiving and shipping arrangement.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess relevant experience in logistics or supply chain roles. Familiarity with key concepts such as freight, shipping & receiving.
A background in warehouse experience is advantageous, along with skills in data analysis and operations management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

• Logistics: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin or Vietnamese (preferred)

• Oversee warehouse distribution processes to ensure timely shipping and receiving of goods.
• Utilize transportation management systems for effective transportation planning and fleet management.
• Implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency within logistics functions.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for freight handling.
• Assist in dispatching, picking & packing orders to meet customer requirements.
