This is a salary plus commission position.

Client Relationship Management: Building and Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to drive growth.
Sales and Business Development: Prospecting for new clients, managing the sales cycle, and generating leads to expand the client base.
Rate Negotiation: Negotiating freight rates with shippers and carriers to secure the best possible deals and ensure profitability.
Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the day to day movement of freight, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring on time pick-up and delivery.
Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues that arise during the transportation process, and providing solutions to keep operations running efficiently.
Performance Management: Tracking key account metrics, monitoring performance, and reporting on sales goals and revenue targets.
