As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our European logistics network—connecting data, performance, and people to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. Your Mission Transform complex logistics data into actionable insights that: Strengthen decision-making across the organization Increase cost awareness and operational transparency Optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution flows Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement You proactively identify opportunities, build business cases, and help shape a smarter, more efficient logistics network. What You’ll Be Doing Data Analysis & Business Insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making Translate data from multiple systems into clear, reliable insights Support network optimization projects with analytical modelling and recommendations Build and quantify business cases to evaluate opportunities and investments Provide deep insights into logistics cost structures and performance trends Warehouse Optimization Analyze performance gaps and identify cost-saving opportunities Improve reverse logistics processes and reduce supply chain complaints Drive initiatives such as cost-to-serve optimization and waste reduction Monitor actual vs. expected operational performance Transport & Distribution Improvements Support optimization of transportation flows between plants, warehouses, and customers Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to enhance efficiency and service levels Assist with onboarding new logistics providers and expanding services Develop tools that improve delivery reliability and time-service performance Project & Stakeholder Leadership Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives Build strong partnerships with logistics, sales, and supply chain teams Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards Deliver sustainable solutions to recurring operational challenges What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an international food or FMCG environment Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizations Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, Python, R, or VBA Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools Ability to connect and structure data from multiple systems Familiarity with SAP, IBP, or Coupa/Llamasoft is a plus Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written) Who You Are You are: A proactive self-starter with a “can-do” mentality Analytical yet pragmatic—you turn insights into action Comfortable, navigating, complexity and deadlines A collaborative partner who builds trust across teams Resilient, structured, and focused on solutions Someone who doesn’t just analyze problems—you fix them Ready to Turn Insight into Impact?
