The Logistics Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and ensures a seamless logistics experience for our EBlock customers. Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing communications, and coordinating various projects within EBlock. Contribute to the success of the team by utilizing your exceptional organizational skills and versatile technical abilities. Requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and, overall, contribute to EBlock’s mission of creating the best digital auction experience.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Take initiative and perform detailed work accurately, ensuring projects are carried through to completion.
Utilize excellent communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders. Ensures clear and tactful messaging via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file organization, document preparation, and statistical compilation.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by being proactive, hands-on and ready to jump in to do whatever it takes to support the team.
Troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively with the team to offer and implement solutions that benefit EBlock and the customer.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism to include judgment, tact, and sensitivity.
Demonstrate proficiency in various software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs.
Meticulous attention to detail regarding paperwork retention, efficient filing systems, data input and analysis.
Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate equipment for personal protection.
Ensures dependability via regular and predictable attendance.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
