Description Join our team as a Logistics Insurance Claims Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring swift and effective responses to drivers involved in accidents or incidents. You'll be the crucial link between drivers, insurance carriers, and legal representatives, ensuring that every step is taken to minimize risks and keep our operations running smoothly. Essential Job Duties Be the friendly voice that drivers rely on during challenging times, providing clear guidance and support through our established processes Record incident details accurately and promptly into our databases, ensuring that all necessary information reaches the insurance carriers swiftly Maintain proactive communication with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and towing companies, keeping everyone informed and facilitating smooth investigations and equipment releases Coordinate equipment replacements or rentals efficiently, initiate payments for damages and claims expenses promptly, and manage the transfer of customer cargo seamlessly Resolve issues with various stakeholders including adjusters, claimants, customers, and drivers, ensuring that concerns are addressed swiftly and professionally Monitor regulatory portals for DOT-recordable accidents, ensuring that all required documents are in place and compliance standards are met Review invoices for payment of damages to containers, trailers, and chassis and reconcile insurance invoices Initiate check requests and/or Electric Funds Source (EFS) for payment of claims expenses Coordinate transfer of customer cargo to other Carrier or Driver to complete delivery to destination Coordinate post-accident Driver testing Requirements Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent phone etiquette Basic computer skills Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of insurance and/or transportation/logistics experience Insurance claims processing experience What's in it for me?
