Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Logistics Clerk to join our export logistics team. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to build a career in international trade, freight forwarding, and export administration. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training while assisting with export documentation, shipment coordination, customs processes, and general logistics administration Please note this is not a warehouse or fleet management role. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and processing of export documentation using the Easyclear Cloud system. Support the classification of goods using HS/Commodity Codes. Assist with export documentation for vehicle shipments. Process VOC applications and supporting documentation as required. Assist with the preparation and issuing of SADC Certificates. Coordinate Bureau Veritas inspections for export cargo. Prepare and maintain Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists. Assist with booking road freight, sea freight, airfreight, and courier shipments. Coordinate container rentals and purchases when required. Liaise with clearing agents, transporters, and other service providers. Monitor and track shipments and provide updates to customers and management. Assist in resolving shipment and border-post-related issues. Maintain accurate records and perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, printing, and document management. Ensure all logistics records are kept up to date and filed correctly. Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, International Trade, Transport Management, or a related field. Matric with mathematics English first language 0–2 years' work experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a related environment. Knowledge of export procedures and international trade principles will be advantageous. Exposure to Easyclear or similar customs clearing systems will be beneficial but is not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
