SUMMARY: The Logistics Clerk is responsible for entering orders, monitoring inventories, and resolving accounting issues for the Renewable Diesel plant.   Assist corporate sales and procurement by maintaining shipment schedules.  Responsibilities may include other data entry, research, and accounting duties associated with the above facility.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Enter AS400 orders for Renewable Diesel and co-products. * Enter and ship orders for rail in Right Angle * Transportation related invoicing * Audit local shipping documents for regulatory compliance. * File contracts and other pertinent contracts information. * Monitor proper application of feedstock deliveries. * Collect and report historical feedstock data. REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty/function satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the work environment, knowledge, skills, and/or ability required or preferred.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as listed below. * High School diploma or GED required. * Must have a basic understanding of supply chain management. * Ability to read and write effective reports, spreadsheets and business correspondence using standard Microsoft Office products. * Oral presentation skills must be effective with all levels of management. * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment consists of office, plant production, and outside climate conditions.  Noise level varies within the production area.   NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE: Working hours to be determined.
