ASHTON RECRUITMENT REQUIRE A LOGISTICS CO-ORDIANTOR FOR A SHIPPING AGENT BASED IN BELFAST HARBOUR.

Job Title: Logistics Co-ordiantor
Location: Belfast Harbour
Duration: Temporary to Permanent (After successful 12 week probationary period)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

• Shipment planning based on material and customer requests
• Order/ Shipment tracking to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare shipping documents (invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading)
• Coordinating supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Schedule collections & deliveries for customers
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Oversee the levels of the warehouse stock
• Provide information to customers about the status of their shipments
• Identify and rectify shipping errors
• Organise bills and invoices due
