Responsibilities

CORE DUTIES

  • Manage stock, orders, fulfilment, and scheduling
  • Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
  • Expedite freight consignments and track progress to completion
  • Maintain accurate records on the Warehouse Management System
  • Accrue costs and prepare job pricing

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the efficient movement of goods and services to maximise value and minimise costs
  • Coordinate availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and reduce shortages
  • Foster mutual trust, respect, and cooperation across the team
  • Set goals, prioritise workloads, and ensure effective completion of tasks
  • Use data analysis and evaluation to support decision-making and problem-solving
  • Support team activities through scheduling, resource allocation, and guidance
  • Communicate effectively at all levels and maintain positive working relationships
  • Implement plans in compliance with Quality Management and Health & Safety standards
  • Safeguard and control proprietary materials
  • Understand customer needs and take proactive steps to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key customer contacts
  • Monitor subcontractor activities and liaise with service providers to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Coordinate with transportation providers for prompt and reliable shipment movement
  • Respond to customer enquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy
  • Make special shipping arrangements when required
  • Track and resolve shipping errors
  • Prepare invoices and bills accurately and on time
  • Ensure all services meet agreed quality standards
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and organisation
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
