Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you’ll be integral to delivering seamless delivery of SportsCool’s clubs and camps run from the central Blackburn office. You’ll manage staffing, venue bookings, coach coordination, admin reconciliation, and support the wider office team—all while embodying our ethos and culture.

ROLE LOCATION/HOURS

Location The role will be based at our Blackburn office located at the Blackburn Technology Management Centre, Challenge Way, BB1 5QB.
Hours It is a full time role 40 hours per week 8:00 - 4:00 Monday to friday
Salary £26,000 per year

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently coordinate staffing of clubs and camps with coaches, ensuring holidays, sickness, and absences are promptly covered to maintain service standards.
  • Communicate all staffing schedules and changes clearly and swiftly with coaches.
  • Reconcile coaches’ hours weekly and report to the finance team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Coaching to support the recruitment plan, maintaining adequate staffing levels as operations grow.
  • Secure and manage bookings for venues as required, ensuring all relevant paperwork and information is reliably recorded.
  • Handle general office support tasks to assist the office team.
  • Conduct occasional off-site tasks such as visiting venues to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
  • Oversee equipment held at head office, monitoring bookings in and out and keeping assets organised and ready for use.
