We are now seeking a Logistics Co-ordinator. As a Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for handling daily logistics operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, engineering and production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics, customer deliveries, supply chain or a related field.
  • Experience in ERP
  • Experience in international trade customs regulations
  • Experience in dangerous goods shipments is an advantage
  • Customer-centric mindset, excellent service skills & proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office tools, MS Dynamics 365
Responsibilities
  • Handle the end-to-end daily delivery process, ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Handle daily incoming shipments & internal logistics
  • Customs communication / import guidance
  • Communicate with customers in timely manner, answer delivery-related inquiries and resolve issues proactively.
  • Coordinate with couriers and freight forwarders and internal teams to streamline delivery schedules and address potential delays.
  • Monitor and track shipments, provide real-time delivery status to customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all customer orders are packed, labelled, and dispatched according to company & international shipment standards.
  • Maintain records of delivery operations and prepare reports to optimize the delivery process.
  • Import & Export reports monthly preparation
  • Collaborate with the operations team to address delivery concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
