Responsibilities IDEMIA Public Security is looking for a motivated Logistics Control Clerk to join our dynamic supply chain team. This entry-level role provides essential support for logistics operations, including processing sales orders and sales/service returns, managing inventory and labeling, documentation accuracy, and a wide variety of various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, computer literate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks for sales and logistics, including preparing spreadsheets, reports, and email correspondence.• Review sales orders, prepare orders, and verify bills of lading or invoices against purchase records. Enter data in ERP system. • Track and update Excel schedule, pick items for sales orders. • Process service returns for defective items and send material to vendor or internal repair services. • Unbox and record incoming returns. Process service orders. Stock shelves.• Authorize shipments in accordance with company procedures.• Device assembly.• Perform various administrative and logistics tasks as assigned. The US base hourly range for this position is $22.07/hr – $33.91/hr + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the compensation target for the role across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Must be a US citizen. Computer literacy, including email, basic spreadsheets, Word and ERP systems. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stoop, stand and move freely around the warehouse. 1–2 years of experience in logistics or administrative support (internship or entry-level experience acceptable). Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. Good communication skills, willingness to learn with strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow company safety and quality procedures. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Great Plains ERP system. Using a handheld scanner. Coursework in logistics or supply chain. Basic understanding of shipping documentation and customs processes. Exposure to small parcel, LTL and international shipping processes. Experience with freight tracking systems (FedEx, UPS, DHL).
