We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dispatching, transportation management, and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.

• Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and schedules

• Utilize Mcleod TMS for building loads and assigning personnel/equipment
• Manage shipping and receiving activities

• Communicate with shop over equipment needing service

• Utilize GIS tools for mapping and tracking shipments

• Experience

• 3 years Previous experience in dispatching or related field

• Knowledge of transportation management systems (Mcleod is a plus)
• Familiarity with supply chain operations

• Strong understanding of fleet management practices

• Ability to type efficiently and accurately

• Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TMS, Mcleod is a plus

• Familiarity with GIS tools such as samsara
