Job Description We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator based on a 6-month fixed term contract to oversee and manage information across emails and multiple platforms, ensuring logistics transactions are accurate and completed on time. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting the inbound movement of samples, maintaining key records and reports, and contributing to smooth, efficient operations across the supply chain and logistics team. Everyday responsibilities include: Coordinate all aspects of Sample Operations, Logistics, and Supplier meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas and presentation materials, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions. Monitor and follow up on assigned actions to ensure timely completion, providing clear progress updates to relevant stakeholders. Manage the day-to-day organisation of JIRA tickets, including triaging, assigning tasks, and tracking progress through to resolution. Maintain consistent categorisation, tagging, and status updates of tickets to support smooth and efficient workflows. Prepare and update presentation materials for key forums such as the Monthly Working Group, Monthly Operations Meeting, and Steering Group meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are captured and communicated. Gather and organise data, metrics, and operational updates from relevant teams to create clear, visually engaging slides and summaries. Assist with invoice and purchase order activities, as well as ordering essential consumables and supporting ad hoc shipment needs for Generation study sites. Log, track, and resolve logistics related queries promptly, helping ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Skills and experience for success: Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills, experienced in using tools like JIRA, operational dashboards, and tracking systems to keep workflows smooth and efficient. Proactive and self-motivated, effectively managing multiple priorities to ensure projects and tasks move forward seamlessly. Resourceful problem solver, able to quickly identify challenges and implement practical solutions. Confident and collaborative communicator, building positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications No formal qualifications are required. Additional Information Salary from: £33,700 Please note due to the nature of this role we require the successful candidate to come to the London office minimum once per week.
