Advance Paper Box Ltd is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for managing workflow and coordinating transportation and logistics operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth dispatching, efficient route planning, and communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Advance Paper Box is a fully integrated folding carton manufacturing facility, including design, die making, printing, die-cutting, and gluing. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
  • Shipping and custom paperwork preparation experience required.
  • Mid-Level Computer skills including excel required.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under deadline pressure
  • Must be able to speak, read and write English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for on-time pickup and delivery of product, while minimizing detention through accurate load planning.
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics of the outgoing customer shipments and liaise with customer service personnel to ensure requirements are met.
  • Complete manifest custom paperwork, and the bill of lading information to support shipment. Must sign bill of lading and obtain drivers signature on bill of lading.
  • Coordinate with finishing supervisor and scheduler for items in process that are needed for shipment.
  • Review all incoming shipment paperwork, complete internal receiving function and provide the paperwork to front office.
  • Responsible for performing physical inventory count.
  • Participates in periodic carrier service reviews; measures and collects data and prepares performance reports, conducts cycle counts, and audits shipping documents to ensure proper invoicing.
  • Prepare and inspect all loads to customer specifications for outbound freight, including banding and stretch wrapping.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment in the warehouse
  • Responsible for managing the warehouse staff.
  • Manage the movement of finished goods and raw materials between our two locations.
  • Ensure all company SOPs and quality standards are followed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
