Logistics Coordinator We are looking for an organized, performance-driven Logistics Coordinator with a passion for optimizing logistics processes to join our team. Role Purpose The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and optimizing logistics activities—transport, warehousing, and delivery—to ensure efficient product distribution to customers under optimal time, cost, and quality conditions. The Logistics Coordinator actively contributes to streamlining internal and external operational flows, in line with company standards and market requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the activities of transport and warehouse teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards. Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments. Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, negotiating favorable terms for cost, time, and quality. Track and analyze logistics performance indicators: on-time deliveries, logistics costs, damages, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement solutions to optimize logistics processes and reduce operating costs. Ensure logistics activities comply with internal procedures and current legislation. Actively participate in digitization and continuous improvement projects. Prepare periodic reports for management and propose corrective and preventive measures. Candidate Profile University degree in logistics, transportation, management, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience coordinating logistics activities, preferably in a production or distribution company. Experience with ERP/WMS systems and managing logistics KPIs. Solid knowledge of transport legislation and road safety. English — conversational level. Excellent organization, coordination, and planning skills. Analytical thinking and results orientation. Ability to make quick decisions and effectively handle complex situations. Leadership, initiative, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
