QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Experience:

• Understanding of Logistics functions and supporting business requirements
• Customer Focus (internal and external)
• Strategic and Innovative Thinking
• Motivated/Self Starter
• Diagnostic/Problem Solving
• Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
• Experience in Domestic and Global logistics experience across all modes of transportation preferred
• People/Relationship Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
• Prioritizing based on business objectives
• Understanding of Global Supply Chain
• Degree qualified in business discipline
• Skilled/Advanced use of MS packages including MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• ERP Systems Expertise (SAP preferred)
• Experience with freight Management tools preferred (TMS, Control tower)

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and process inbound raw material orders
• Optimize loading and container utilization
• Manage carrier tenders through the TMS
• Conduct daily and Weekly order tracking to manage exceptions and on-time delivery
• Monitor late deliveries and make necessary notifications
• Review and update any supplier reports
• Support data collection on monthly metrics
• Maintain order accuracy and identify issues impacting on time shipping
• Carrier Route maintenance
