Monitor vessel schedules and proactively communicate any delays, changes, or updates with steamship lines and customers. Act as a liaison between internal teams, customers, and external carriers to ensure clear and effective communication. Support customer service by addressing inquiries, providing shipment updates, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records and documentation. Assist in troubleshooting logistics issues and recommending improvements to processes. Perform other administrative and logistics-related tasks as assigned. Salary: $23 - $25 /hr. Qualifications Bilingual is required (English/Korean) as the support team 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to generate and analyze reports. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with shipping documentation and coordination with steamship lines is a plus. Experience with logistics software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS).
