LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, materials, and information within our warehouse. The goal is to ensure items/orders are shipped to their appropriate destinations to certify sustainability and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Proven working experience in Logistics, 2 yr. minimum
• Proficient in standard logistics and inventory management software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Process and maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records
• Track shipments and update databases with order details
• Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding deliveries
• Resolve shipment issues, delays, or discrepancies
