What You’ll Do The Logistics Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Ex-US Supply Chain and will work remotely from the Netherlands. This role will be responsible for creating purchase orders and managing material movements between RSM, API, Bulk & Finished Good sites; mainly located within the European time zone. Close collaboration required with Global Procurement & Logistics, located in the Pacific Time zone, to ensure alignment on global processes and transport scheduling expectations. The Logistics Coordinator will be collaborating with external partners such as Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), Contract Packaging Organizations (CPOs), Couriers and Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLs) to prepare shipping documents and shipping schedules. Responsibilities Material Transfers Create shipping orders with couriers for transferring material / inventory Validate Shipping Documents generated by external partners Responsible for tracking material / inventory movements for suppliers located within the European time zone and to record these movements in SAP S4/HANA Coordinate with couriers, import/export management Track shipping KPIs; On-Time Pickup and Delivery and report these back to Global Procurement & Logistics Senior Manager Other Responsibilities Responsible for supporting Supply Chain launch readiness initiatives Validation & Qualification of shipping lanes Work closely alongside the Global & Regional Supply Chain teams to ensure proper execution of the supply plan Create Purchase Orders within BridgeBio’s ERP system to support the manufacturing of RSM, API, Bulk or Finished Goods Supports Continues Improvement initiatives related to Logistical processes Close collaboration with the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) Other duties as assigned Where You’ll Work This is a remote role based in the Netherlands, with 10% travel anticipated to visit external partners in Europe and HQ in San Francisco, US. Who You Are Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration Experience / Background: Strong knowledge of supply chain concepts, procurement and inventory management, and supply planning methodologies in the pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated ability to execute supplier communication, purchase orders, material / inventory movement, and collaborate with suppliers to meet promised delivery dates Strong and clear understanding of GMP/GDP requirements and pharmaceutical industry best quality practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and with CMOs / CPOs / 3PLs Experience with creating Purchase & Shipping Orders Experience working with Third Party Logistics Providers Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and mitigating supply chain planning risks Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel Experience with SAP (S4/HANA is a plus) Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain Experience Life Science industry, experience with commercial products is a plus Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible We have high expectations for our team members.
