Description
Cardo Systems, the global market leader in wireless communication systems for motorcycle, ski & crew helmets, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient daily operation of the components warehouse, supporting production and development activities. The position includes receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing electronic and technical components, while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and inventory control. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and working with computerized inventory and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Receive components from suppliers, inspect shipments, and verify compliance with purchase orders and specifications. Organize, store, and label components according to part numbers, categories, and warehouse procedures. Accurately pick components for production and development orders based on BOMs (Bill of Materials). Issue materials to internal departments according to operational needs. Perform periodic inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and report findings. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with safety regulations. Work with ERP systems and digital inventory management tools for tracking and documentation. Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other internal teams. Support back-office and administrative logistics tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations; experience with electronic or technical components is an advantage. Experience working with ERP systems and strong Excel skills. High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail, including work with small components. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic English skills (reading and writing). Certification for working at heights – an advantage.
