Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in our Windsor, Ontario Hot Stamping Facility. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating receiving or shipment for materials, parts and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of logistics coordination, have strong teamwork skills, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift license and/or relevant years of driving experience
- Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, & Visual
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- College level diploma or equivalent education and work experience
- Use all resources effectively
- High level of data accuracy
- Must be detail orientated
- Familiar with FCA requirements and systems

Responsibilities:
- Completes necessary shipping paperwork
- Monitors customer electronic data interchange (EDI) for incoming orders and order updates
- Sends advanced shipping notices (ASN) to customer
- Scans loads attaching to trucks creating BOL, Verifies shipments as loaded
- Receive incoming shipments
- Warehouse inventories
- Ensure warehouse and workstation cleanliness (5S) and safety is maintained
- Responsible to coordinate production orders against demand and forecast and purchase material, as required
- Stages truck loads in advance, Loads/unloads trucks in a timely and safe manner, wraps skids of parts as required for safe load/unload into trucks
- Completes customer orders based on a pick list using the RF scanner to assign parts to the truck
- Communicate with the production floor and shipping
- Other duties, as assigned
