WE’RE HIRING: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR—SHARJAH

We are looking for a logistics coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in logistics or a related field is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

• Place sales team orders in Odoo ERP system
• Follow up on any return items from customers
• Prepare and update the daily stock report
• Archive invoices and maintain records
• Track daily orders until they reach customers on time and in good condition
• Monitor stock and report any shortages
• Verify customer documents and information before releasing orders
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages
