ABOUT US:

Munck Civil Engineering A/S is an international leader in infrastructure development, currently executing the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Project in Faisalabad. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of air and sea shipments, ensuring smooth coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities. This role is critical to ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient delivery of project materials while continuously creating value for the project.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of air/sea freight operations, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tracking systems.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Urdu/Punjabi is an advantage.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage air and sea freight shipments for project materials and equipment.
• Prepare and manage all shipping, import/export, and customs documentation accurately and on time.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure seamless shipment handling.
• Track and monitor all shipments, proactively resolving any delays or operational issues.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines.
• Develop and optimize logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and project teams to align shipment schedules with project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular shipment status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project performance and value creation.
