Title: Logistics Coordinator Starting Pay Rate: $17.25/hr Location: Phoenix, AZ - North HUB Job Type: Full Time | Non-Exempt Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00am - 2:30pm Who You Are: You’re a detail-oriented, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You’re comfortable balancing documentation and hands-on logistics work, knowing that both accuracy and speed matter. You take pride in getting the details right — especially when it comes to Cover Sheets, COAs, and batch documentation — and you understand how critical compliance and traceability are in a regulated environment. You adapt quickly when priorities shift, communicate clearly across teams, and stay calm when volume increases. What You’ll Do: As a Logistics Coordinator, your primary focus will be the compilation and completion of Cover Sheets to ensure every Finished Good has accurate, compliant, and traceable documentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Inventory, Lab, Kitchen, Quality, and Compliance to verify COAs, batch data, and product information while also supporting inventory movement and wholesale fulfillment. A typical day will include: Compiling and completing Cover Sheets by gathering COAs and verifying batch, strain, harvest, and manufacturing data Utilizing the COA database to validate mother batch and finished good records Partnering with Quality, Compliance, and testing facilities to resolve discrepancies or amendments Maintaining accurate Cover Sheet logs to support traceability and audit readiness Assisting with inventory counts and posting totals to inventory records Preparing transfers and manifests to ensure compliant product movement Supporting wholesale orders including picking, packaging, counting, scanning, and labeling Utilizing BioTrack and Dutchie to maintain real-time, error-free tracking Ensuring labeling and product information accuracy What You’ll Bring: Experience in logistics, order fulfillment, inventory, or documentation-heavy operational roles Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Comfort working with batch records, compliance documents, or COAs (preferred) Ability to multi-task and shift priorities in a high-volume HUB environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence navigating inventory systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and accountability You hold a high school diploma or GED (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Even Better If: Familiarity with seed-to-sale systems Experience researching or validating COAs in a testing database Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary Environmental Conditions Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis) Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels Curaleaf Pay Transparency $17.25—$19 USD What We Offer: Career Growth Opportunities Competitive Pay and Benefits Generous PTO and Parental Leave 401(K) Retirement Plan Life/ Disability Insurance Community Involvement Referral Bonuses and Product Discounts Benefits vary by state, role type, and eligibility.
