Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred

• Receive and process customer orders.
• Dispatch our daily work load to ensure order fulfillment.
• Update customers regarding their order status.
• Prepare shipping documents .
• Update and manage company databases.
• Respond in a timely manner to customer inquiries.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
• Work with sales reps to manage inventories and open orders
• Prepare shipping / customs documents for clearing
• Attention to detail and multitasking is an essential requirement
  Industry experience, a working knowledge of Quickbooks & MS Office would be an asset. Customer Service and Logistics experience would be a bonus.
  Wages = $22/hr
