We are the largest secondary market network hardware provider in North America.  We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to deliver superior customer service across all departments by managing the fast‑paced order services lifecycle. This role is responsible for organizing and facilitating sales support and resolution functions, accurately processing customer transactions, and updating or correcting orders as needed. The Logistics Coordinator will handle order inquiries and resolve support issues to help ensure an outstanding customer experience. Location: This position may be based at our Syracuse, NY or Norcross, GA office locations Hourly pay range for this position is $27.00-$32.28.  Actual pay offered will vary based on applicant’s relevant skills, education, experience, certifications and geographic location, as well as other business and organizational needs. What you'll be doing: * Process and/or accurately modify sales orders as needed. * Creation and reactivation of part numbers in the system. * Help resolve invoice problems with Accounts Payable. * Address and resolve ‘problem notification requests’, which include duplicate shipments, cancelled orders, mis-shipments, etc. * Make recommendations for the submission of ISO CAR’s, SCAR’s, and PAR’s. * Serve as the initial point of contact for warranty entitlement. Enter and review tech support cases including the processing of the RMA and replacement orders for defective equipment. * Process sales order cancellation requests. * Complete Vendor Applications. * Follow RMA’s that are at risk of expiring as well as the re-issue of expired RMA’s when requested. * Obtain Vendor RMA’s and coordinate returns with TCDC. * Maintain Oracle Price Lists. * Process Intercompany Sales Orders, entering and receiving orders. * Facilitate Export Compliance verification and documentation. * Troubleshoot, and when necessary, escalate advanced issues and transactions to appropriate team members. * Interact with Sales regularly to correct order problems, clarify order details or assist in the ordering process. * Evaluate, approve and, if necessary, escalate Customer Ordered Wrong and Sales Ordered Wrong RMA’s. * Evaluate, approve and, if necessary, escalate Credit Memo requests. * Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by coordinating and following up on all order shipments for timely delivery based on client expectations and matching items sold to items delivered (accuracy). * For purchase transactions, ensure proper delivery dates are annotated within the system and shipped as requested. Constantly monitor and update shipment progress within the systems to reflect any changes such as delays. * International Support creating all international documents required for international shipments. * Assume additional responsibilities as required.   What we're looking for: * 4-year college degree or 5+ years customer service experience preferred. * Proven track record of accountability and accuracy. * Demonstrated commitment to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. * Strong communication skills, responsibility and ownership, organization and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrate initiative and decision-making skills, independent judgment, ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment. * Must possess a positive attitude and be able to work in an open team environment as well as independently. * MS Office experience preferred. * Oracle experience preferred. Responsibilities
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the fast-paced order services lifecycle, which includes accurately processing and modifying sales orders, creating part numbers, and resolving various notification requests like duplicate shipments or mis-shipments. This role also serves as the initial point of contact for warranty entitlement, processing RMAs, and ensuring timely delivery by coordinating shipments and verifying accuracy against client expectations.
