Contour Logistics: We are a logistics company specializing in all modes of transportation, offering service both domestically and internationally. We work with a wide network of carriers to provide a complete transportation service experience, with real time communication, for our customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized individual with great attention to detail to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Operations Manager, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for building, booking, dispatching, and tracking orders, while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
· Great problem solving skills
· Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
· Strong computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Experience with working in TruckMate or another dispatch system is an asset
· Experience working with LoadLink is an asset

· Order entry and auditing; receive, build and check orders with attention to all detail in our dispatch system.
· Call shippers and receivers to coordinate pick ups and deliveries.
· Track and trace; follow up with carriers and customers to obtain and relay real-time information regarding freight pick ups and deliveries.
· Answer calls and inquiries on load postings communicating load details with carriers.
· Maintain contact with customers through email and phone, while serving as an intermediary between customers and carriers.
· Provide excellent service to all customers and potential customers, while developing and maintaining positive relationships with all external parties.
· Working in a 24/7 operation, an after-hours/on call service is expected when necessary.
