Roles & Responsibilities

You own our freight end to end. You request and compare air and sea rates with forwarders, book shipments from factory to our Dubai warehouse, track them, clear customs paperwork, receive goods into NetSuite, and schedule deliveries to client sites. When something arrives damaged or late, you run the insurance claim and keep the client informed with real dates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 or more years in freight or logistics coordination, including air freight. Hands-on ERP experience; NetSuite is what we run. Comfortable dealing with forwarders, customs brokers, drivers and site managers every day. Written and spoken English at working level. UAE based, or able to relocate.
