SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator - Dispatch CSR to join our team in Jacksonville. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient logistics operations that align with our mission of providing top-notch service. Your contributions will directly impact our reputation as the premier provider in the transportation and logistics industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in logistics or transportation coordination.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using GPS and GIS technologies.
• Experience with freight dispatching is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  Positions open immediately. Individuals must pass extension background and drug screens. Shifts M - F (07:00 - 4:00) (8:00 - 5:00). EOO. Excellent pay and benefits.

• Assist in coordinating inbound deliveries to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Setup delivery appointments with consignee and assist dispatch in setting up deliveries.
• Assist in arranging delivery routes and working with drivers to ensure proper documentation and paperwork.
• Updating operating systems and tracking systems to ensure proper shipment status updates.
• Assist operations to ensure proper billing for services.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their logistics needs.
• Analyze data to improve operational performance.
• Assist in dispatching freight and managing fleet operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities.
