Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of Samsung Benelux’s rapidly growing webshop, ensuring smooth alignment with carriers, warehouses, and customer service. You’ll manage order processing, handle logistics-related tickets, and oversee returns to ensure fast and accurate resolution.
Proactively addressing issues will be key—you’ll identify root causes, resolve problems efficiently, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall performance. Claim management and tracking key logistics KPIs will also be part of your role, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
You’ll analyze customer feedback and NPS responses, working with carriers to address concerns and reporting insights to management. Additionally, you’ll participate in operational meetings and provide backup support to other E-commerce Logistics Coordinators, ensuring seamless operations even during peak periods.
