Full job description

The Logistics Coordinator will support East Coast Wild Blueberry’s Logistics and Sales team with domestic and international shipments, inventory management, customer orders, product samples, and day-to-day shipping documentation.

Based at our processing facility in Glenholme, Nova Scotia, this is a full-time, in-person position for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple shipments, deadlines, customers, carriers, and documentation at the same time.

A minimum of two years of logistics, shipping, or supply chain experience is required, including experience with international shipping. Experience in food processing, food manufacturing, agriculture, cold storage, or temperature-controlled transportation would be considered a strong asset.

Due to the nature of our business, flexibility in working hours is important. While the position will generally follow regular business hours, overtime, early or later hours, and occasional weekend work may be required depending on production schedules, shipping deadlines, customer needs, peak seasonal periods, and communication with international customers and partners in different time zones.
