JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of goods and services, ensuring efficient supply chain operations. EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in Air freight and Logistics is preferred.

• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Proven experience in Calogi, Dubai Trade, Emirates
• Proficient in data entry with a high typing speed for efficient processing of information.

Experience:

• Logistics & Air freight: 2 years (Preferred)

• Coordinate and oversee Air freight and logistics operations, including shipping and receiving activities.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding shipping and receiving.
• Exhibit professional phone etiquette when liaising with stakeholders.
