Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced logistics & import/export coordinator with mandatory experience in the FMCG industry to manage and coordinate domestic and international logistics operations, including imports, exports, supplier coordination, customs documentation, shipments, deliveries, and warehouse movements.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing FMCG imports from the USA, Europe, and Canada and exports to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and other GCC markets, with a strong understanding of international shipping and trade documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Import & International Logistics

• Coordinate end-to-end import shipments of FMCG products from the USA, Europe, Canada, and other international markets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and clearing agents to ensure smooth shipment movement.
• Obtain and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading/airway bills, certificates, and other required shipping documents.
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETAs, vessel/flight movements, and customs clearance status.
• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure timely availability of required documents.
• Follow up on customs clearance, port/airport documentation, inspections, duties, and delivery arrangements.
• Ensure imported products are delivered to the warehouse within the planned timeline.
• Track and resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, shortages, damages, and other logistics issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order readiness, production timelines, shipment bookings, and documentation.
